Delivery Policy

At Chez Monique’s 2nd Life, we dispatch our items with the utmost care. Below you will find an overview of our delivery times. Delivery charges may vary by country. The delivery times listed below are indicative only and not guaranteed. We are dependent on the carrier and cannot be held liable for any delays.

Netherlands Delivery time: 1–3 working days

Western EU (Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria) Delivery time: 3–5 working days

Northern EU (Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Sweden) Delivery time: 5–7 working days

Southern EU (Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain) Delivery time: 5–8 working days

Eastern EU (Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic) Delivery time: 6–10 working days

Outside the EU Delivery time: 7–14 working days

Tracking Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel.

Delays or loss If you experience a significant delay or your parcel has gone missing, please contact us at info@cm2l.nl. We will then investigate the cause of the problem and look for a solution.

Fragile items All our sculptures are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged parcel, please report this within 48 hours, including photographs.
